New Tenant Billing Service -October 2008
The AX Tenant Billing Service is a Niagara application which enables users to easily monitor tenant utility usage and to create invoices based on that usage. The application serves as both a monitoring tool and an invoice generation tool, allowing invoices to be manually or automatically generated for a variety of utility usage patterns. The user accesses the TBS application through a standard web browser and is compatible with current NiagaraAX systems.

oBIX – R2 to AX Integration - April 2008
oBIX (Open Building Information eXchange) is now an established XML and Web Services standard that facilitates information exchange between intelligent buildings, systems and devices.
